A "real" podium through P3 in race 1, and a double win in the Yokohama Trophy for independent drivers. Norbert Michelisz's WTCC season is more and more memorable, after Portuguese round. The Hungarian driver is firmly on top of non official drivers standings, though (in his own words) his efforts go toward the absolute podium. Mission accomplished in Portugal: on the urban track of Villa Real, Michelisz managed to finish 3rd through a shape and aggressive start and a conservative conduct, the only possible strategy on a track with little chanches to take over.
In race 2, on the same step of the podium, we find another big driver with OMP equipment (like his Honda Civic car): the everelasting Gabriele Tarquini of Honda Jas Motorsport.
