A line of tyre warmers available in 4 different standard sizes, offering greater versatility across a wider range of tyre sizes and now available in two types:

 

Tyre warmers models with a Central Electronic Temperature Control Box (part number T200)

Allows each of the 4 tyres to have individual temperature settings. The control box features an electronic control device controlled by software preventing overheating. The external case of the control box is ABS plastic with an electrical protection rating of IP44.

Tyre warmers models with a Standard Temperature Control

Allows the tyre surface to reach 80/85 °C. The time required to reach this temperature is depends on ambient temperature, tyre dimensions and operating conditions.

T1963 - Width: 190/200 mm Ø 630/640 mm

T2363 - Width: 230/260 mm Ø 630/645 mm

Control Boxes and Carrying Bag

T100 - Nylon carrying bag for one complete set of 4 tyre warmers.

T200/2 - Electronic thermostatic control box with digital display for 2 tyre warming blankets.

T200/4 - Electronic thermostatic control box with digital display for 4 tyre warming blankets

Interior: Nomex®.

 

Exterior: Cordura® which improves transpiration allowing moisture to escape away from the tyre.

 

Electrical cables and connectors are compliant with EEC electrical standards.

Upon request, tyre warming blankets can be made to measure. Tyre warmers for motorcycles are also available upon request.
