OMP and Bell Racing set for another stand-out year in INDYCAR

Mooresville (NC, United States), February 27th, 2025 – OMP and Bell Racing, brands of Racing Force Group, are ready for a new season at the pinnacle of the NTT INDYCAR Series, the premier single-seater championship in the United States, whose 2025 edition kicks off from St. Petersburg, Florida, on the weekend of March 2. Both OMP and Bell Racing extended their presence on the grid with their respective supplies of fireproof racewear and helmets for drivers and mechanics, as part of Racing Force’s growth strategy in the U.S. market.

Thanks to its state-of-the-art products, in 2024 the Group contributed to winning more than half of the INDYCAR rounds on the calendar, including the Indianapolis 500 with Team Penske driver Josef Newgarden. The achievement had historic value for Racing Force, as it represented the first shared triumph of OMP and Bell Racing in one of the world’s most important motorsport events, which makes up the famous Triple Crown along with the Monaco Grand Prix and the 24 Hours of Le Mans, all won by Bell Racing helmets last year.

OMP continues its partnerships with Team Penske, which in addition to Newgarden fields Will Power and Scott McLaughlin, as well as that with Juncos Hollinger Racing, whose lineup features Sting Ray Robb and Conor Daly. The list of OMP-equipped drivers has been enlarged with agreements signed with full-time entrants Rinus VeeKay and Jacob Abel, while the longstanding link with Marco Andretti for the Indianapolis 500 is confirmed.

More than 60 percent of the full-time drivers in the 2025 NTT INDYCAR Series sport Bell Racing helmets. Among them are also Marcus Ericsson, winner of the 2022 Indy 500, Colton Herta, Graham Rahal, Alexander Rossi, Christian Lundgaard and Kyle Kirkwood, joined by Helio Castroneves for the Indy 500, won by the Brazilian ace on four occasions. In addition, Bell Racing Helmets became an official partner of new stable Prema Racing, already known for its several victories in the European scene, which hits the track with Callum Ilott and Robert Shwartzman.

OMP and Bell Racing’s presence will be equally relevant in the Firestone Indy NXT Series, INDYCAR’s premier support series. Bell Racing has also extended its partnership with Andersen Promotions, organizer of the USF Pro Championships Presented by Continental Tire, as the official helmet supplier for the USF Juniors, USF2000 and USF Pro 2000 feeder championships, still committed to support and protect the young talents aspiring to the highest levels of American motorsport.

Kyle Kietzmann, President and CEO of Racing Force USA, commented: “The NTT INDYCAR Series is one of the most competitive and diverse championships in motorsport, every detail makes a difference, and our equipment contributes to drivers and teams reaching the highest results. Last season was extremely successful for the OMP and Bell Racing brands, celebrating our first joint victory at the Indianapolis 500, and other races. Through extending the partnerships already in place and supporting new teams and drivers for 2025, we continue the same path, by providing products that are at the forefront of the industry in terms of safety and performance. Likewise, we are proud to maintain a leading presence in INDYCAR.”
