Shane van Gisbergen took Red Bull Racing Australia on top, after winning the Saturday race in Symmons Plains, 2nd round of V8 Supercars season.
Good strategy and high speed are the main ingredients of this victory. Shane managed to take the lead after a sequence of pit stops that shuffled the main positions: from lap 18th to the end, the new Red Bull Racing-Holden driver was on top.
OMP suits on the highest step of the podium also in race 2: Will Davison (Tekno) is the winner, with Craig Lowndes (Triple 8) as runner up.
