In the middle of the season, waiting for next round in Lime Rock Park, it's time to focus on the USA and have a look to the high floors of IMSA Weathertech Sportscar Championship, in the Prototype category, the main one. There we find two crews who are partners of OMP.
Action Express Racing's Mustang Sampling no.5, driven by Joao Barbosa and Christian Fittipaldi, is the leader of the standings. A position achieved through a strongly regular path (podiums in Sebring, Long Beach and Belle Isle) and a win in Watkins Glen.
Third place overall is for the Taylor brothers. Jordan and Ricky Taylor, on their no.10 Wayne Taylor Racing Corvette. Even if they achieved a double win in Long Beach and Belle Isle, the Taylors had a more discontinuous trend.
